2026 NC All Breeds Spring Show
We had a great time in Winston-Salem, NC for their All Breeds Spring Show. Trey won Grand Champion Brown Swiss with Twist, Honorable Mention Youth Grand Champion Red and White with Mandarin, and 1st place Sr. 2 Year Old Brown Swiss with Tapioca. Trey also placed 8th in Intermediate Showmanship.
2026 Show Like A Pro Workshop
Trey learned a lot this year at Show Like A Pro with his first Milking Shorthorn calf. He had fun competing in the Master Program showing and fitting contests. Trey won Reserve Champion Intermediate Showman, and both he and Jeremy came home with some amazing door prizes.
2026 National Holstein Convention
We had a lot of fun in sunny Orlando, Florida for the National Holstein Association. This year Trey was recognized as a Young Distinguished Junior Member finalist. He also participated in the Dairy Jeopardy contest. While there, we had the opportunity to tour the Deseret Cattle and Citrus Ranch as well as see some of the beautiful city.
2026 Virginia Summer Showdown
We had a very successful showing at this years Virginia Summer Showdown. Trey won Grand Champion Holstein and Supreme Champion Cow with Peacock, and Honorable Mention Youth Grand Champion Brown Swiss with Tapioca. Becky and Jeremy won Reserve Champion Red and White with Tango.
2025 Rockingham County Fair
This year was very successful for Trey and his assortment of animals. On the dairy side, Trey won Supreme Junior Champion with Pear, Junior Champion Red and White with Maple, Grand Champion Holstein with Peacock, and placed first in dairy showmanship. This was the third year for dairy feeder steers at the fair and Trey placed second in dairy steer showmanship. Outside of dairy, Trey won Senior Poultry Showmanship, Reserve Champion Large Foul, Reserve Senior Rabbit Showmanship, and placed third with his hog.
2026 South Dakota State University
Hayley had an amazing final year at SDSU. Through the SDSU Dairy Club, she was on the winning National ADSA Dairy Bowl team, placed 1st in the Midwest Regional ADSA Dairy Skillathon contest, and was named Outstanding Senior. She was also named a College of Ag, Food, and Environmental Sciences Outstanding Senior, and showed a dairy calf in the 103rd Little International.
Rockingham County 4-H

Trey was on the Junior Dairy Bowl team that placed 1st at the 2026 contest.

At the 2026 State 4-H Dairy Judging Contest, Trey placed 2nd individual senior 4-H and was on the 1st place senior 4-H team.

Trey placed 4th individual senior at the 2026 Dairy Skillathon Contest.

Finally, Trey was on the 1st place senior Food Challenge team
2025 All-American Dairy Show
This year All-American came with some travel difficulties and plan changes but ended with some successful showing. Trey broght Pear, Tapioca, Sunrise, Twist, and Peacock. Twist was 2nd place 4 year old, Best Udder in class, and Best Bred and Owned in the open show. Pear was 6th place fall calf in the junior show. Peacock was 6th place in the open and junior show. Sunrise was 3rd place fall yearling in milk in the junior show. This was also Hayley's last year showing as a junior, competing with Sangria in the Red and White junior show.
2025 Virginia State Fair
Our string had a very sucessful year at the VA State Fair. Trey placed 1st overall in the State Jr. Dairymen's contest and was on the 3rd place overall senior team. Trey won Jr and Reserve Jr Champion Brown Swiss with Pear and Winzit, Grand Champion Brown Swiss with Twist, and Grand Champion Holstein and Supreme Champion Overall with Peacock. Trey also won senior shomanship.
